While a measurement tool is on it claims the plot's drag gesture, so the zoom drags and

⇧ is tested before the zoom modifiers, so it decides the gesture once held.

Measurement panel

In the pad, Return opens the next line and ⌫ at the head of an empty
line closes it; the arrow keys walk the pad as one document. Suggestions behave as they do in the
formula pane.
